Fees are deducted quarterly in advance based on the account value on the last trading day of the previous quarter.
New accounts are billed in advance based on the initial deposit and prorated from the receipt of funds through the end of the current quarter.
Additional contributions made during the quarter will be billed upon receipt at the rate of the new total value for the account on that date.
The Firm reserves the right to assess minimum transaction costs including extra fees and charges by the account custodian.
The Firm will also send the Client an invoice showing the amount of the fee, the value of the assets on which the fee is based, and the specific manner in which the fee was calculated. The client is encouraged to review their account statements and invoices for accuracy.

We require a minimum account size of $500.00 to open and maintain an investment advisory account.
Similar services may be offered by another adviser at a lower fee.
